Negotiate and purchase vehicles from individual sellers and/or auctions for local sales and export, especially high-end used vehicles. Participate in online auctions. Ability to make decisions on resale value of vehicles based on online descriptions. Follow proper purchase order protocols, including shipment and invoicing for accuracy. Verify ownership documents match VIN's on the vehicle received and the documents comply with local, state and federal laws. Organize and follow up with vehicle pickups and deliveries. Responsible for making daily entry to company database for the vehicles delivered. Prepare documents and coordinate export activities. Able to handle international sales/shipments for overseas customers specifically in the Middle East. Identify and manage process improvement projects to improve the purchase/sell process and profitability. Resolve complaints from customers. Recommends inventory to be carried by color, model and equipment, based on a variety of customer and market analyses to the general sales manager. Produce the daily, weekly and monthly reports, as required.
